Our Founder
Stephen Buckley, a Northwestern University graduate in Learning & Organizational Change (LOC), has cultivated a career defined by leadership, innovation, and purpose. During his university years, he excelled as both a student-athlete on the football team (RB/WR) and as the campus president of Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, demonstrating his ability to lead on and off the field.
Stephen’s professional path is as diverse as it is impactful, with experience in home health, pharmaceutical sales, SAS, corrections, and pastoral studies. Each role enriched his understanding of service, igniting his passion for entrepreneurship. After leaving his role at Edovo, Stephen launched DBE Logistics, a freight brokerage on a mission to blend business excellence with social impact. DBE Logistics strives to deliver exceptional service and is dedicated to providing employment opportunities for justice-impacted individuals while sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
